This artwork is a pastel and charcoal on paper. The different layers of dry medium were fixed with a vernis spray. It is shipped rolled in a cardboard box after being carefully wrapped in silk paper and bubble wrap.
Return and Refund policy
We try to make everything possible for our clients to be satisfied with their purchase. But if for some reason it happens that what you received is not what you expected or you simply changed your mind please don't hesitate to contact us imediately so we can find the best approach for you.
You have 14 days to do so, from the moment you received your purchase at the delivery address.
Please be sure to keep the ordered print or artwork in the same condition you received it! We do not accept damaged returns.
Please keep in mind that we cannot afford to pay the return shipping price but we will refund you the entire payment you made when purchasing (shipping included) when we receive your returned product in good condition.
